Roche Valley curates, researches, and proposes high-end recommendations for flights, hotels, fine dining, and transportation based on elite corporate standards. Roche Valley does not execute, process, or hold any financial bookings or ticketing on behalf of the client. All final reservations and financial transactions are completed independently by the client or their designated corporate travel department.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the premium and immediate nature of the digital resources, consulting frameworks, and tailored logistics curation provided, all annual membership tiers (Silver, Gold, and Elite) are strictly non-refundable once payment is processed and the digital membership kit is issued. Clients may cancel their automatic renewal for the subsequent year by providing a written notice at least 30 days prior to the annual renewal date.
3. Billing & Corporate Verification Policy
Every financial transaction processed on www.rochevalley.com is subject to official corporate invoicing. To maintain the highest standards of financial security and mitigate fraud risks, Roche Valley’s compliance department reserves the right to request Know-Your-Business (KYB) verification documents before the final activation of advanced features in the Gold and Elite tiers.
